Refund Policy

At TheGlimz we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality artifacts and collectibles. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.

1.The unpacking video is necessary for any return, trade, or different issues.

2.Return requests must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase date.

3.Items must be returned in their original condition, without any damage or alterations, and with all original packaging and documentation.

4.Assuming 24 hours went by, we will not have the option to furnish you with a substitution.

5.Refunds are chargeable. As lovely as our products maybe, we understand that sometimes the products do not meet your expectations. In that case, we do provide returns as a service for a fee (return shipping).

6.The item should reach us as same as it  received by you, including the labels, scanner tags, extras, manuals, guarantee cards, transporting name (glued on the parcel), receipt, and so forth. The item should be unused and in its unique condition. You will be approached to pack the item safely - PLEASE NOTE THE COURIER DOES NOT PROVIDE PACKING SERVICE, it implies that you only have to add up the stuffed items so that it can reach us in similar condition as they were conveyed to you.
